Her healthcare background covers over 17 years including over 14 years in the contingent workforce staffing industry.  Amy excels in the implementation and on-going management of exceptional service delivery to numerous prestigious government and commercial vendor management clients. Because of her broad experience, Amy is instrumental in the design and client specific customization of the workforce management technology for all Management Solution clients. Her in-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing and vendor management validates her capability to successfully implement and oversee many high volume vendor management programs. Her experience providing continuous support to the company’s service delivery teams has been crucial to the success of all our client programs. Amy has been the driving force that introduced contingent workforce management to correctional healthcare in California.

Natalie has comprehensive hands-on corporate experience managing and supporting business operations in both the government and commercial sectors. Her diverse background spans over 26 years and includes 12 years in the healthcare contingent workforce industry. She is an accomplished professional with a proven record of achievement having successfully implemented innovative contract management systems for several Fortune 500 companies.  Natalie’s support of all company legal, contract and compliance procedures has been critical to our operations. She works closely with the Executives and the Management Solution vendor relations team to maintain a vital network of vendors to service our programs.

Darrin has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry including providing services directly to several public and private entities. He performed as an executive at multiple prestigious staffing companies mentoring and managing personnel at several branch locations.  He has exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of urgency enabling him to execute challenging project objectives. Darrin has been instrumental in the overall success of the company’s operations. He ensures the effective communication flow among the Executive and Operational Teams. Darrin is responsible for our company’s successful integration of correctional healthcare in to our vendor management programs.

Tabitha has over 20 years of in the retail vendor management industry. She managed vendor compliance and provided operational support to large third-party distribution centers. Tabitha has gained in-depth knowledge of healthcare vendor management through her experience at Management Solution. She ensures streamlined communications among clients and company Operational Teams. She supports all Management  Solution client implementations and is fundamental to the company’s success. Tabitha’s experience has been vital to the overall success of the company’s business development and our entry into the correctional healthcare industry.

Dr. Fontaine has over 25 years of first-hand clinical experience with a variety of government and commercial organizations. She has experience with guidelines promulgated by the many government and commercial organizations. Dr. Fontaine has been key to our successful entry into the correctional healthcare industry. She has extensive experience in post-military and post-incarceration re-entry into civilian life. She served as a Medical Consultant with the State Department of Rehabilitation for many years working with traumatized clients in both group and individual counseling. She has also maintained relationships with medical provider groups during her experience working in hospital-based critical care medicine, pain management, and outpatient medicine. She is a collaborative resource for our team and is a critical consultant for our organization.
